Default Money S(t)inks

The Devs definetly had good intentions, I mean the game is excellent. Well produced and consistent, it's fun. But the Devs forgot about the 1337 har|oC0r3!!!111oneshift.
So we have people already with the best items in the game, and this game has barely been out a month. And now I'm getting a temptation to go back to WoW.
Because the fact is Money does indeed Stink in guild wars, because there are no money sinks or not enough at any rate, the game is too easily finished. I'm not sticking around to grind every skill. As soon as the game gets dull, I'm outta here.
My suggestion is to drop this "Skill not hours" BS and get in that Uber Flame Sword of Winged Destruction with +100 Damage, oh and while they're there, raise the level cap, not to 30, but to 100. OK this is madness, but it's the Sanatarium. I don't want to go back to WoW really Mr. NCSoft, but I have to feed my RPG addiction.

See your complaints are the exact reason I like this game. I got really tired of MMORPGs that fell into the "we just released a new patch that added items." Which was another way of saying hey look in order for you to be any good you have to go through all this hell to get this item that dropped so you can have the same item as everyone else. The time it took to dig up these items sucked and eventually made the game boring because every day/week/month was always a quest for the new "item."

As for the level cap, I find it interesting that they are trying to do something different from every RPG. I am very curious to see where it goes and I would rather them not raise the lvl cap to 100. I want to see this "skill" thing play out. Maybe in the long run it will become the standard for RPGs rather than constant lvling.

Money may be an issue. Everyone seems to run around constantly with several to several hundred plat. I haven't seen huge effects to this other than it makes money worthless, even as a means of exchange. The government doesn't print unlimited money because it creates inflation. Well in a game where money seems endless, well bound to be huge inflation. Pre World War Germany anyone? - Money worth more as firewood than as money and bread worth more than money itself...will GW be in for an interesting predicament...who knows...

Edit: My last piece of logic makes me think that the lower price of Sigils with the new patch isn't bound to last long. As long as people can only hold 100 plat I think that will always be the trading price cap, and minimum b/c of inflation.

You see I understand what your saying. As I said as love what there trying to do, but it has no lasting appeal. With no money sinks and people clocking the game within 3 weeks, I see something wrong.
How to increase longetivity: More Stuff. Simple.
The game is great for it's skill but it's too shortlived.
